AS A PSYCHOLOGY MAJOR, I’VE ALWAYS BEEN INTERESTED IN WHAT MAKES PEOPLE TICK. 

Instead of becoming a psychologist, I found a practical application in the world of sales and marketing.

After running my own boutique design agency, I took a leap into the corporate world, holding executive roles at the largest digital marketing agency holding companies including WPP, Publicis and IPG.  These roles took me to boardrooms around the globe from Seoul to London to San Francisco, where I mastered the skill of unearthing what makes people and companies tick to produce tangible business results.  I have solved the thorniest business problems, led matrixed teams, developed new capabilities, expanded Fortune 500 client relationships, written hundreds of RFIs/RFPs and pitched and won new business.

Through all these experiences, I discovered a few simple truths:

#1) Like humans, businesses tend to make matters more complex than they need to be.

#2) Operating with complexity means you can’t operate with speed.

#3) Complexity is the enemy of productivity. Simple is the way.

An entrepreneur and builder at heart, my latest venture, BizMaestra, is all about working with entrepreneurs, marketers and agencies to simplify and orchestrate business results.
